So, it was true after all, even if Scot at VotD had his doubts about which was the prototype and which was the final product – the final AP collab dolls are just as overloaded and colour mismatched as I was dreading.. :( Meet – ltr – Maretti, Sfoglia, and Cocotte (click for larger view):
I guess, with the financial crises (hitting my workplace right now), and my wish for an U-noa Chibi (not cheap..!), it’s only a good thing that none of the upcoming Pullip releases are tempting me. I want RIDa and Adsiltia, and they can wait.
On a sidenote, I am quite a bit confused about the ongoing bankruptcy / non-bankruptcy thing with Jun Planning, seems as none of the western based dealers (US and Europe alike) are being informed at all. Groove Inc has their logo on the AP pictures, I hope the transmission over to them as distributors goes well for all parts included. PullipStyle seems to have the most control, it’s from them I’ve got the pictures for the collage above. VotD hasn’t got the preorder page nor any pictures (they _have_ been busy this week, moving their store to Royal T), nor does PlasticPop.de. Edit: Scot just put up the release pictures at the Valley Talk forum as I was writing my entry.
